Volunteering is an essential part of the structure of Nouveau Monde, it gives the cultural centre a special spirit and continually renewed energy. During the shows, the volunteers welcome the artists and spectators and weave a human link between the venue and its audience. That way volunteers can invest themselves concretely in a collective cultural project and develop their skills within a structured framework. In this sense, the association is also a place of integration and personal development that promotes and values team spirit and socio-cultural commitment.
