We have created a monster! This evening is just beautiful: three groups that we love on the same set. Passing from Post-Rock to Desert Rock Blues, from La Gruyère, to China and ending in Niger. This is probably THE evening not to be missed.
Bombino is one of the most promising artists in Africa! A member of a Tuareg tribe in Niger, singer and guitarist Omara "Bombino" Moctar has a deep sense of nomad music. Over the past ten years, he has become an internationally acclaimed musician and has a remarkable list of fans and musical collaborators such as Stevie Wonder, Keith Richards, Robert Plant and many others. Bombino and his Rock Blues du désert will present his sixth album "Deran", nominated this year for a Grammys award! Just that.
Originally from Dalian in China, Wang Wen is a pillar in the pure Post-Rock culture and has earnerd a prominent place alongside local legends such as Mogwai and Mono. With 20 years of existence, the prolific and talented sextet will guide you during an intense live performance through a long introspective journey, oscillating between deep melancholy and visceral joy. They will present their new jewel "Invisible City".
As if this line up was not already incredible enough, we are adding another layer of pleasure with the swiss romand post rock gods: Darius, live one last time before locking themselves up for months to compose and record their new disc.
